Receiving information about the Association
On the basis of the consent you granted, we will send you regular information by email or WhatsApp to the email address or phone number provided by you. To receive this information, you provide your name and contact details. The data provided by you is used exclusively for this purpose. Contact details are visible to all members of the WhatsApp group.
You may withdraw the consent to the storage of your personal data and its use at any time.
Online forms
If you contact us with questions of any kind by e-mail or via the online form, you implicitly give us your consent to contact you. The minimum requirement for using our online forms is the indication of a valid e-mail address. The e-mail address is used to assign the request and subsequently respond to it. When requesting advisory service, further data are required. The information you provide shall be stored for processing the request and for possible follow-up questions.
Use of Google Forms
The Association uses Google Forms to collect data for the organisation of events, subject to Google’s data protection policy.
Use of WhatsApp
The Association uses WhatsApp to communicate with members of the Association and participants in events organised by the Association. This is subject to Meta’s data protection policy.
Amendments to our privacy statement
We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement so that it always meets the current legal requirements and in order to incorporate any changes to our services into the privacy statement, e.g. following the launch of new services. For your next visit after such an amendment, the new privacy statement shall apply.
